Basically everything about this movie seemed wrong, besides the young age of the characters, everything you love about them has been changed. The sequence where Werkheiser's Victor tries as hard as he can to stop Scout Taylor-Compton's Anya from having sex with the school jock is funny stuff, and the clumsy mannerisms both characters inadvertently adopt when they're finally "together" are charming and inoffensive — bearing a *very* light "American Pie" sensibility.
